“Five stars isn’t enough! The experience with Embers was everything one could hope for…friendly, knowledgeable, thoughtful, thorough, and professional. Steve went above and beyond to help us. I was convinced I needed to chuck my existing fireplace system and buy a new one. Instead, he took a quick look, assured us we had a shot, and went to work.
