At Embers we value certification by the National Fireplace Institute. Every single fireplace manufacturer specifies that ONLY NFI-certified technicians should be involved with the installation, service, and repair of their products. Our technicians have been trained directly by manufacturers in the proper diagnosis and repair of their systems, so Embers is uniquely prepared to service and repair almost all brands of fireplaces, gas logs, and heaters. We like to say, “If we can’t fix it; it can’t be fixed.” Additionally; ALL of our service is backed by a 30 day warranty so you can be sure that, in the rare case when we didn’t get it right the first time, you won’t have to pay again if a return trip is necessary. In the even rarer circumstances where a product is NOT able to be repaired, you may use the service fee as store credit toward the purchase of a replacement product within 90 days. You literally can’t lose by having us out!
