Every single fireplace manufacturer specifies that ONLY NFI-certified technicians should be involved with the installation, service, and repair of their products. Our technicians have been trained directly by manufacturers in the proper diagnosis and repair of their systems, so Embers is uniquely prepared to service and repair almost all brands of fireplaces, gas logs, and heaters. As Dan passes the torch to the Embers team, we’re honored to continue his legacy of quality and care. With his vast experience and our expertise in fireplaces, the union of Embers and Colonial Chimney means you now have a one-stop shop for all things fire-related. From installation and maintenance of gas hearth products to keeping your wood burning chimney clean and safe.
In preparation for this transition, Embers’ own Mark Turgeon achieved his CSIA Certification in the fall of 2024. He now has the privilege of working closely with Dan to ensure the same high standards and personal touch that Colonial was known for will continue. Mark has had an exciting journey learning from Dan, whose experience and dedication to his craft has been a true inspiration.
